ICNI2021 is entirely financially administered by the « Conference Cell » (CC, in french  « Cellule Congrès ») of the University of Strasbourg through dedicated tools.

The « Cellule Congrès » will never contact participants by phone without preliminary communication by e-mail for authentification.
