Supportive Grant to attend ICNI-Strasbourg July 18-22 2022–PhD students – Application FORM

–Strasbourg, March 16th 2022

Application for a grant covering the Early Bird registration fee of a PhD student participating to the Second International Conference on Noncovalent Interactions.
This grant covers the basic fee for the registration of a PhD student to the second ICNI that is to take place in Strasbourg from July 18th to July 22nd.

It is granted by the local organization committee on the basis of the assessment of candidate’s merit and academic profile suitability to the below listed requirements.

The selection of candidates takes into consideration the remoteness between candidate’s country of study and France so as to lower the cost of attending a distant international conference.

A special attention will be given to applications from economically impaired countries outside the European Union. Gender equality is sought.

Disciplinary diversity is targeted.

The candidate should ensure that he/she complies with the sanitary conditions of entry in France.

Requirements (all documents should be in the pdf format, preferably compiled in a single file)

-the candidate must be enrolled to a PhD program in his/her home country and therefore provide a bonafide certificate for his/her university,
-the candidate must provide a curriculum vitae listing his/her publications and other scientific communicationsand academic achievements,
-the candidate must provide a letter of recommendation from his/her PhD supervisor,
-the candidate must have signed his/her commitment to participate physically to the ICNI-Strasbourg if selectedto receive the present grant (see the form below),
-the candidate commits his/her-self to present an oral communication (see the form below),
-the candidate must provide an abstract of the planned communication,

Note
-All other expenses pertaining to the conference attendance should be covered by the successful candidates,
-The organizing committee will assist the successful candidates in their visa documentation if needed.
