Participants of ICNI-Strasbourg are invited to browse the official web sites of the french ministry of foreign affairs to fetch recent information on the sanitary conditions of entry to France (recognized vaccines, sanitary travel requirements, etc…).
We invite participants to frequently check conditions of entry as those are regularly updated and adapted to the stage of the COVID pandemia:
Visa assistance
ICNI-Strasbourg is committed to assist all participants in obtaining a visa of entry to France (Schengen Area Visa).
When registering, participants( who require a letter of invitation for their visa application to be valid) are invited to tick the dedicated box during the registration process. A letter of invitation will be sent shortly after, upon validation of the registration.
